上海砺鼎认证有限公司郑重承诺已经制定符合法律法规的制度确保在本公司提供认证业务过程中需要遵守国家和当地的法规政策，以满足社会和环境的要求。

The Shanghai Leading Certification Co., Ltd. (the "LC") had set compliance principle as abiding by local and destination county’s regulations, and the rules to meet social and environmental requirements during the LC is developing and delivering certification business.

合规Legality

· 我们承诺在中国和境外提供认证服务的过程中，始终遵守国内和当地的法律法规。

We demonstrate that we will be keeping in following local and domestication law and regulation during providing certification in China and out of China.

尊重人权Human rights respect

· 我们承诺遵守人权并禁止在中国和境外提供认证期间的任何歧视、骚扰、强迫劳动或雇佣童工。

We demonstrate that basic human rights will be obeyed; and prohibiting any

discrimination, harassment, forced labor or child labor during providing certification in China and out of China.

We demonstrate that transparency and confidentiality in certification delivering will be kept all the time in China and out of China.
